The Beach House is a one-of-a-kind development in Holland, Michigan on the shores of Lake Macatawa. The units are for sale as whole ownership or fractional vacation ownership. Units are also managed and rented by the Beach House staff. We designed all of their on-site sales boards, their print collateral, and their first website.

They still call it a “Take One” brochure. We designed this piece, the branding and the collateral using supplied and stock photography.
Sales Kit & Display Boards
The vacation ownership sales kit included a variety of branded elements. Display boards are used in the sales center to describe the builders, the area, and the resort amenities.
Ownership Calendar
A calendar system used to book ownership weeks and trade vacation time through the RCI system of properties.
